Joel Marklund is a renowned photographer who specialises in sports imagery. Based in Stockholm, he is currently Chief Photographer at Sweden’s number one sports photography agency, Bildbyran.
I am driven by my genuine love for photography. It allows people to be curious and get a glimpse into people’s lives, while getting involved behind the scenes.
I’ve used Nikon gear for well over a decade now, first trying the gear back in 2008 at the Beijing Olympic – where I got to use the D3 and was immediately impressed. In 2009, I decided to make the jump to using Nikon exclusively and haven’t looked back since.
Today you’ll find several amazing Nikon Z 9 in my kit bag alongside various different NIKKOR lenses which I use depending on the event, and environment I am in.
