Nikon D200 and Capture NX offer Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Nikon and their immediate families, it's agents or anyone professionally associated with this activity may not participate in this offer.
2. This offer is available on purchases of a new Nikon D200 made between 18/05/07 and 3/08/07 inclusive. Closing date for applications is 31/08/07.
3. To qualify for this promotion, proof of purchase in the form of a legible retail receipt or invoice bearing the product name and date of purchase is required, plus sheet B of the D200 camera warranty slip. Copies of documents will be accepted, as the submitted documents will not be returned to the applicant. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Nikon cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or illegible applications.
4. This offer will not be redeemed by the dealer but directly through Nikon UK Ltd.
5. The promotion is available to the original purchaser and is limited to one claim per person. Multiple claims from companies, organisations and institutions and claims from resellers are excluded from this offer.
6. A new Nikon D200 camera must be purchased in order to participate and stock is subject to availability. This promotion is not available on any second hand or graded stock.
7. The promotion only applies to products which have been supplied and distributed by Nikon UK Ltd within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Nikon UK Ltd cannot accept claims against products purchased from alternative markets.
8. Please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of application.
