• You will be required to submit photocopies of your receipt/invoice and completed dealer record/warranty slips together with a claim form.
• Send all your documents to the address on the claim form.

IMPORTANT

• All claims must be received by 2nd March 2009
• This offer is limited to one claim per person
• Original receipts/invoices should not be sent in with your application as Nikon will not return the original documentation.
• Please note that the date needs to be clearly visible on the receipt
• For online purchases an order confirmation is not sufficient for a claim.
