  1. This promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Nikon and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally associated with this activity may not participate in this offer.
  2. This offer is available on the purchase of a new Nikon D40x (when bought with any genuine new AF Nikkor lens) made between 07/01/08 and 29/02/08 inclusive. The camera and lens must be purchased in a single transaction.

    Please note, for full compatibility with the D40x, AF-S lenses are required.
  3. The closing date for applications is 31/03/08.
  4. The promotion only applies to products which have been supplied and distributed by Nikon UK Ltd within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Nikon UK Ltd cannot accept claims against products purchased from alternative markets. Please check with your dealer before buying, or visit our website for a list of authorised dealers.
  5. To qualify for this promotion, proof of purchase in the form of a legible photocopy of the retail receipt or invoice bearing the product name and date of purchase is required, plus the original sheet B of the camera and lens warranty slips. Submitted documents will not be returned to the applicant. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Nikon cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or illegible applications.
  6. All claims must be sent to: Nikon Cashback Promotion, PO BOX 504, Leicester, LE9 0AE. We will not accept any claims by fax, telephone or e-mail.
  7. This offer will be redeemed directly through Nikon UK and under no circumstances by the dealer.
  8. The promotion is available to the original purchaser and is limited to one claim per person. Multiple claims from companies, organisations and institutions and claims from resellers are excluded from this offer.
  9. This promotion is not available on any second hand or graded stock.
  10. This offer will be fulfilled by cheque (made out to name shown on your application). Please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of application.
