1. I am an NPU/NPS member. How do I claim my 10% discount?
- To receive your discount, please bring your NPU/NPS card with you on the day of your training and present it to your trainer – 10% will then be refunded to your card.

2. I have special dietary requirements. What shall I do?
- Please contact the training department on 0330 123 0934 or e-mail training@nikon.co.uk prior to your training day.

3. What do I need to bring with me on the day?
- Please bring your camera with a lens, fully charged battery and a memory card with you. Suitable clothing for outdoor shooting exercises should also be considered.

4. Can I park at Nikon House?
- You will receive all the necessary information regarding parking in an e-mail which is sent prior to your course. You will need to print out the parking voucher attachment and display it on your windscreen.

5. I have not received any confirmation from you since I booked my place.
- We require a minimum number of delegates for our courses to run. As soon as we reach this number, a course confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you specified when booking the course. Should we not have enough bookings, we will cancel the course a week before the advertised date and refund your course fees. Alternatively, we may suggest a new date should you wish to transfer.

8. Can you tell me more about the course content?

9. Can I cancel or alter my booking?
- Please refer to our cancellation policy.

10. I am having difficulties booking online. What do I do?
- Please contact the Training Department on 0330 123 0934 or e-mail training@nikon.co.uk.

11. How many delegates are there on each course?
- Depending on the course the number of delegates varies between six and twelve.

12. Can you invoice my company for the course fees?
- We need to receive a formal purchase order from your company’s accounts department. For more information please contact the Training Department on 0330 123 0934 or e-mail training@nikon.co.uk. Payment is required in full before the course runs.

13. Can I register to receive more information on forthcoming training courses?
- You can register to receive our newsletter, containing information and discounts on our training courses. Please click here.

14. My payment has been declined. Why?
- We would suggest one further attempt at placing your booking and if you experience similar difficulties, please contact us on 0330 123 0934 or e-mail training@nikon.co.uk

15. I have received two payment notification e-mails. Does this mean that I have been charged twice?
- No. In a small number of cases we have to confirm your payment manually which will prompt an additional e-mail. Your account is only charged once.

16. Why has my course been cancelled?
- We require a minimum number of delegates to run our courses. In cases of poor booking numbers, we cancel the course a week before the advertised date. Please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy .
